Terms and conditions applicable to bookings for our Apartments:
Jede Reservierung, Änderung und Stornierung ist ausschließlich schriftlich gültig (durch Bestätigung online, per E-Mail oder Post). Jede Buchung unterliegt den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der Clemonte OG. Für alle Aspekte, die in diesem Text nicht geregelt sind, gelten die „Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für die österreichische Hotellerie“. To complete the booking, the total value (100%) of the booking must be paid at the time of booking. Bookings are only allowed over the age of 18 years.
Die Stornierungsrichtlinien, die für eine bestimmte Reservierung gelten, richten sich nach denen der ÖHVB Bei Fragen zur Stornierungsrichtlinie, die für Ihre Reservierung gilt, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte.
Early departure (shortening of the booked stay) will be treated according to the same cancellation policy. In this case, the remaining nights will be considered cancelled.
Travel insurance recommendation: we encourage stipulating a travel insurance contract whenever possible. In this way, you can better protect yourself from unexpected circumstances which may lead to a cost-bearing cancellation.
Wireless Internet connection (Wi-Fi / WLAN) is available for our guests in all accommodations and is free of charge. The guest is solely responsible for their usage of the Internet connection.
Arrival and departure times: the booked accommodation is at your disposal from 3 pm of the booked arrival date. On departure date, the accommodation must be left within 11 am.
Automated credit card charges: depending on the booked rate type, the charging of the indicated credit card can take place before, after or on the arrival date. Please note that the transaction is triggered by our IT systems in an automated way. If the credit card you wish to use for payment is different from the one indicated during the booking process, please contact our team before arrival.
All of our rooms and apartments are non-smoking areas. Smoking is not allowed on any indoor premises. Smoking inside the building can lead to an extra penalty fee of up to €250,00. Smoking outside of the building is allowed.
The cleaning service is available until 1:00 PM. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
Please be informed that we do not guarantee the possibility of specific room numbers or adjacent rooms. Any wishes or notes communicated during or after the booking process are taken into account, however, we do not guarantee their fulfilment.
Typing errors, errors of other nature, as well as policy changes, are reserved.
